areas: Land Development and Home Building.
Land Development
Our management team and staff of consultants have the expertise
and assets to manage both small and large scale residential and
commercial projects. We work hand in hand with local and state
government agencies through the necessary approval process to
ensure that our communities are developed in a responsible manner.
Home Building
Heathco Homes understands what’s important to a home owner
in building their first or their final home. We follow a simple
basic process to ensure that building your home is a pleasurable
process:
Understanding Your Needs
- Meet with our experienced building staff so we can understand
your desires, budget, concerns, and dreams for your new home.
Planning for Your Home
- Bring your own building plans or develop a custom set with
our guidance.
- We will develop and present a quotation based around your
budget.
- Once in agreement with the quotation and proposed building
schedule, a purchase agreement is signed and the building process
begins.
Building Your Home
 You will be involved in the building process right from
the beginning. We will meet with you routinely at the building
site to explain each major phase of the process.
Service and Support for Your Home
- When your home is complete we will finalize the sale by
closing and turning the keys to your new home over to you.
- Our Customer Service Department follows up with you and
ensures our warranty and quality standards are met throughout
the warranty period.
