Bob Heath - President
Bob was raised in Milan and has worked the land there for his entire
life. His passion for the local area and its land allows him to provide
a unique insight into this community and the direction for Heathco
Homes. Bob focuses primarily on the land development efforts for the
company.
Joe Rossi - Construction & Operations
Joe manages all construction projects for Heathco Homes. He has over
13 years experience in the building industry conducting residential
and commercial projects. He is a licensed residential builder and has
managed the building of over 250 homes to date. Projects have ranged
in size and value from small home additions to custom mansions worth
over $3 million.
